Refund Policy

Reminders is operated by Very Simple Systems. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Reminders service.
1. Plus Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
- Monthly or yearly billing. Plus subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the billing interval selected at checkout.
- Cancel anytime. You may cancel your Plus subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app, which opens the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access continues until period end. After cancellation, your Plus access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No automatic prorated refunds. We do not automatically issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, or if there has been a billing error, contact us (see Section 4).
2. Priority Reminder — One-Time Purchase
- Generally non-refundable once activated and locked. Priority Reminder is a one-time payment per reminder for one deadline cycle. Once purchased and the reminder is activated and locked, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
- Duplicate or accidental payment. If you were charged more than once for the same Priority Reminder, or if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the situation. Approved duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded.
3. Failed or Double Charges
If you experience a failed charge that still appears on your statement, or a duplicate charge, contact us at support@verysimple.systems or billing@verysimple.systems with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, process a refund through Stripe.
4. Required-by-Law Refunds
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If applicable law requires us to provide a refund in circumstances not covered above, we will comply with that requirement.
